Remaining balance: $1,300 cash at selection / pick-out · Final balance $1,300 cash due at pick up / delivery
$300 deposit: Start with a $1 payment so we’re connected on your payment app. Once that $1 is received, we’ll confirm with you — then send the remaining $299 (Zelle preferred — Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal also work). Remaining balances are cash only.
